TNF Inexa is now entering a new era. TNF Inexa Holding AB has sold the TNF Inexa business to Triumph Gain Investments Limited in Hongkong.

Kai Martinsen becomes chairman of the board.

Kai Martinsen graduated from CBS in Denmark with a master degree. He is a well-known Danish expert in company operation and management and has worked in China for 18 years. Due to Kai’s understanding of Chinese people and Chinese cultures, he succeeded to build up a great network in China. He has provided excellent leadership and management training to large Danish and international corporations, such as: Vestas, Mars/Wrigley, Coco Cola, etc. Kai’s work experience will be very helpful to TNF Inexa meeting the challenges of the future cruise industry.

Mr. Ren Zhong becomes the new General Manager.

The new general manager in Nantong, Mr. Ren Zhong, was born in 1964. He graduated from Tsinghua University in 1993 with a Master degree on Chemical Engineering. Mr. Ren Zhong worked for different companies, such as Sino-PEC, Danisco, Cargill and Dupont as process engineer, operations and plant manager, as well as a general manager. He has very strong experiences in plant management within multinational companies. He is married and has two sons.
Mr. Karl-David Sundberg, owner of TNF Inexa Holding AB, has sold TNF business and is retired due to personal health reasons. Karl-David Sundberg will remain the technical advisor for TNF Inexa.
Mrs Pearl Shen who has been the General Manager in China retired from TNF Inexa.
“Pearl Shen has been the General Manager of the company since it started in 2006 and worked for the TNF business since 1993. She has done a good job in building TNF from scratch to a successful business in Inexa Interiors (Nantong) Co., Ltd. I am confident about her continued success in future challenges”, Karl David says. We thank Karl-David Sundberg and Pearl Shen for their contribution to TNF.
With the new owner and leadership, TNF Inexa is looking forward to a prosperous future.

News in China

On February the 22nd, China State Shipbuilding Corporation, American Carnival Group and Italian Fincantieri Group signed the first domestic large-scale cruise ship construction memorandum agreement (MOA) under the witness of Chinese President Xi Jinping and visiting Italian President Marella. The agreement updated the MOA, which three parties signed in Tianjin in September last year. According to the agreement, the cruise ship joint venture company formed by China State Shipbuilding Corporation and Carnival Group will issue orders for two large vessels of Vista type on a cruise shipbuilding company jointly established by China State Shipbuilding Corporation and Fincantieri Group. At the same time, the cruise ship joint venture company also has an option for four other large cruise ships. Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., which is subsidiary to China State Shipbuilding Corporation, will build these cruisers.

Compared to previous doors, the clear opening could be improved to 2100×2200 mm – as well as a hose port could be added. The door is suitable especially to the offshore industry and of course for all kind of vessels with a demand for larger passageway dimensions.
